At FinTrix, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 15 days of your initial subscription date
- This is your first subscription with FinTrix (the guarantee applies once per customer)
- Your account has not been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account email address and subscription details
- Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Response Time: We will process your refund request within 2-3 business days.
3. Refund Processing
Payment Method: All payments are processed through PayPal.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (PayPal account or credit card used via PayPal).
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within:
- PayPal Balance: Immediately to 24 hours
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
4. What Happens After Refund
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
- You will lose access to all FinTrix features and data
- Your account will be closed, and all data will be deleted within 30 days (as per our Privacy Policy)
Important: Please export any financial data you wish to keep before requesting a refund.
5. Refunds Outside the 15-Day Window
After the 15-day guarantee period, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider exceptions in the following cases:
- Service was unavailable for an extended period due to technical issues on our end
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
- Other exceptional circumstances (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)

6. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for:
- Unused portions of monthly or annual subscriptions
- Cancellations made after the 15-day guarantee period
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
7. Annual Subscriptions
If you purchased an annual subscription (€60/year), the 15-day money-back guarantee applies the same way:
- Within 15 days: Full refund of €60
- After 15 days: No refund, subscription continues until the end of the annual period
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with PayPal or your credit card company without first contacting us, we will consider this a violation of our Terms of Service, and your account will be immediately terminated without a refund.
